We are in Bahrain now!!

Hello! We have moved to Bahrian from North Carolina this last month. I am looking forward to opening my studio here in October. My location is hopefully located between Tubli and Saar in a quaint little area called BuQuwah.
I plan on teaching lessons in my home, but also offering to travel for in home lessons upon request.

Available days are currently Monday-Wednesday, but I will look in to expanding that if needed. I am always willing to work with other’s schedules.

Lesson Referrals!

Hi everyone! I’m excited to announce that I’m going to start lesson referral incentives.

For each new student that begins lessons upon the referral of an active student, both students will receive a free lesson that month!

I still have some afternoon/evening availability, so contact me about lessons today!

Fall Schedule

Monday: 2 afternoon spots available, evening is full.

Tuesday: afternoon and evening available

Wednesday-Friday: morning lessons have yet to have a set day. If you’re interested, please contact me with your preference.

Saturday: mornings only 2 lesson spots left

Broadway After Dark

This show is going to be AWESOME! The talent is outstanding and some of their song choices are hilarious.

I’m accompanying for part of the show and I must say again, I LOVE working with MEME.  (except for all those transpositions! sheesh!) This might be the highlight of my musical summer. 🙂

Summer is almost here! And here in NC it feels like it’s been here for a while. I’m looking forward to summer because there’s so much going on! I have added more students that I’m so excited to begin teaching, and I’m going to be participating in a fun “cabaret” style show in July. I can’t wait to work with the fabulous Meme again on this show. I will be sure to post more information about this as I get it.
I’d also like to shout out to all the awesome students at Southwest High School who participated in “Zombie Prom”, you guys are awesome and I miss working with you!

Zombie Prom

Zombie Prom!

Over the last few weeks I’ve been rehearsing with the fabulous students at Southwest High School for their performance of Zombie Prom. It’s been awesome! I just love all these kids! It’s so funny how high school just never changes. Every one of their faces reminds me of friends I’ve had. But as I was saying, I’m accompanying for their musical, so I’ve been there every day for hours rehearsing. FUN!

Their director, Meme Simmons, is so fantastic there aren’t even words to describe her! She owns her own theater company in Jacksonville, NC, and I hope to work with her often in the future!

This musical has definitely been a learning experience for me, as I’ve NEVER had to play for one before. The volume of music alone was almost enough to scare me off, but I’m so glad it didn’t! My fingers have missed playing more than a few chords and melody on Sunday mornings.

The show is Friday and Saturday, May 11 and 12, at 7pm. I hope to see you all there!

I’m so excited to be in the process of working on my very own website!  I’m sure there will be a LOT of changes made in the comming weeks, so give me feedback and let me know what you think!

My fantastic brother-in-law to be took pictures over the weekend, so look for those to make it on the site.

I will also be adding a page for music samples and testimonials.
